UTxO Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("UTxO", "We", "Our", "Us") understand and respect your need for privacy. There are various ways for users ("You", "Your") to interact with Us, and the information You provide when doing so allows Us to improve Our services and provide the best possible experience. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how We collect, use and share information We collect from You through the websites and mobile applications We own and operate (Our "Sites").

In addition, this Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of the Sites that link to it. Some of Our Sites may have different policies. Therefore, We cannot guarantee the security of Your information transmitted to or from Our Sites and any such transmission is at Your own risk. However, We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Your personal information. We limit access to personal information and require that employees authorized to access personal data maintain the confidentiality of that data. How Long We Retain Your Information

After such time, We will either delete or anonymize Your personal information or, if this is not possible, We will securely store Your personal information and isolate it from any further use until deletion or anonymization is possible. Children's Information

Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 18. If You become aware of any personal information We may have collected from a minor, please contact us using the information provided below. If We learn that We have collected personal information from a minor, We will take steps to delete the information without notice as soon as possible.

Your Choices & Rights

California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Statement

If You are a California resident, the processing of certain personal information about You may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and other applicable California state privacy laws. Effective January 1, 2020, the CCPA affords certain rights to California residents with respect to the processing of their personal information.

Requests to Exercise Your Rights

Under the CCPA, California residents may submit a verifiable request to exercise any of the following rights with respect to their personal information:

  • Right to Know: You have a right to request information about Our collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information over the preceding 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that We delete personal information We have collected from You.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of any future "sale" of personal information about You.

No Sale of Personal Information

In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy, We have not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.

Privacy Statement for Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. We do not engage in such activity; however, if You are a Nevada resident who has provided personal information to Us, You may submit a request to Us to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law.

General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") Statement

If You are an individual located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom (collectively "EEA Residents"), the processing of certain personal information about You may be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable privacy laws.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask Us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. GDPR also gives You the right to access Your personal information, to object to the use of Your personal information for certain purposes, and the right to erase, restrict or receive a machine-readable copy of Your personal information.

Legal Bases for Processing Information

We generally only process your personal information where We are legally required to do so, where processing is necessary to perform any contracts We entered with You (or to take steps at Your request prior to entering into a contract with You), for Our legitimate interests to operate Our business or to protect Our or Your property, rights or safety, where We have obtained Your consent to do so, or as otherwise permitted in compliance with applicable law.

Transfers of Personal Information

We may transfer Your personal information to Our servers, and to Data Processors who are engaged on our behalf, located in countries outside of the EEA and UK. To the extent that We transfer Your personal information outside of the EEA and UK, We will ensure that the transfer is lawful and that Data Processors in third countries comply with the protections afforded to EEA Residents under GDPR.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If We make changes, We will notify You by revising the date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, We may provide You with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of Our Sites or sending You an email notification).
